Shipping, Refund & Exchange Policy

We at Tulsi Ayurvedic Products are pleased to offer Free Shipping Anywhere in India for orders with a cart value of ₹500 and above. For orders below ₹500, a nominal fee of ₹50 will be charged. Please allow us 48 working hours to process and dispatch your order.

All domestic orders are typically delivered within 3 business days, with a maximum delivery time of 7 business days.

Orders received on Sundays or during holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that during busy times, such as holiday periods, there may be processing and shipping delays. Deliveries to rural addresses may require one or more additional days.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Tulsi Ayurvedic Products reserves the right to decide whether an order can be canceled, and the customer agrees to accept the decision made by Tulsi Ayurvedic Products regarding the cancellation.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you have 24 hours from the date of receipt to return it. To initiate a return, please email an image of the damaged product along with proof of purchase to support@tulsiproducts.com. We will respond with the best possible resolution within 24 hours.

Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Order Refusal & Pricing Errors

Tulsi Ayurvedic Products reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued, and the customer will be informed accordingly.

Non-Delivery or Late Delivery

In the event of non-delivery or late delivery due to a mistake by the customer (e.g., incorrect or incomplete name or address, recipient not available, or any other related reason), any extra costs incurred by Tulsi Ayurvedic Products for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.
